Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of my jewelry is made to order with occasional exceptions. Production time is generally 1 to 3 weeks. Items will ship within three weeks of payment date. Handcrafting takes time and your understanding is greatly appreciated. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you will receive tracking details in your inbox. It may land in your spam.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail flat rate (1-3 business days delivery) with 50$ insurance and tracking included or USPS Ground Advantage (1-5 business days delivery) with tracking.
Please note: If your item was lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation or initiate a claim. We are not responsible for a package’s whereabouts once it has been handed off to the carrier.
All international orders are shipped via USPS - either First Class (10-14 business days delivery) or Priority (6-10 business days delivery) with tracking. A flat fee of 50$ will be charged and this does not include insurance. Shipping overages will be refunded when applicable. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and value added taxes that may arise. Please note: All items will be listed as merchandise.

If you selected STUDIO PICKUP at check out, you will be notified via email when your order is ready. It may land in your spam. Picking up within two weeks of notification is greatly appreciated.
What is your returns policy?
As your satisfaction is paramount, your purchase is fully refundable under the following conditions:
I will accept authorized returns within 10 days. Please contact me at littletorodesigns@gmail.com for a return authorization.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your purchase MUST be returned in its original condition and packaging before the refund or exchange is processed. Please note that the safe arrival of returned products is the responsibility of the customer. All returns should be insured, as I cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.
If an item is returned without prior approval, or if an item arrives and does not meet my return policy requirements, I have the right to deny a return or exchange.
In the event that you receive a faulty item, I am happy to repair the piece, give you a complete refund, or arrange an exchange. I will refund you the cost of shipping.
